International Order Terms & Conditions Hello and thanks for your interest in our products! Based on your feedback record, and the type of order you are requesting, we can consider your international order request. This is a general response, and some parts may not apply to your particular situation. 1) If you reside in Canada or the UK, the principle requirement for doing business is your 'confirmed' PayPal shipping address. We only ship to confirmed PayPal addresses. 2) Because there is a history of seller/buyer problems and issues with credit card chargebacks and Item Not Received (INR) cases, we only accept PayPal transactions for international purchases from residents of Canada and the UK, where PayPal's Seller Protection Policy is in effect. All other international order payments must be cleared through one of the following methods. · MoneyBookers – our desired international payment method (www.moneybookers.com/moneybookers) · BidPay - transactions are accepted for purchases up to US$1500, which MUST include shipping and handling, not just the price of the item itself. (www.bidpay.com) · Funds must clear before we can ship you order 3) International shipping is done via USPS Global Express Guaranteed, and shipping insurance is required for all international orders. We will supply a quote if we move forward from here. · You must supply the exact address where the item will be shipped to get a quote for shipping. · We ship USPS Global Express Guaranteed, which should get the package to you within 5-business days. It also allows precise tracking via the internet. Shipping insurance is required for all international orders. · We charge a flat US$25 fee for handling your order, which includes filling out required Customs forms. This is in addition to USPS shipping charges and can't be waived. · International orders are currently handled individually and sent out in weekly batches. Please allow 5-10 business days for pre-shipment processing. 4) We don’t configure, or customize merchandise for customers. We don’t guarantee compatibility with your equipment or environment; you are responsible for determining if the product is correct for your particular application. Please check with the manufacturer if you are unsure about any features or compatibility issues. Do not order an item if you are not sure it will work correctly with your particular application. 5) We don't accept returns for products we ship internationally: all purchases are final. Once you receive merchandise, the manufacturer is responsible for any support issues that may arise. Please be aware that some manufacturers may not honor support for international customers based on their international shipping restrictions. You must read and understand this page and our Store Policies and FAQ where international sales are concerned.
